The original stone facades and vaulted ceilings have been restored and all services and fittings modernised, to create a stunning home that provides comfort and style in a tranquil setting.
The property can accommodate up to 10 people, with 4 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 shower rooms, a large kitchen, a dining room and a living room. The floors are tiled throughout and all external windows and doors are double-glazed with lockable wooden shutters. Two of the bedrooms have their own balconies. There is a large attractive garden, with fruit trees, a covered terrace, with a large gas-fired barbecue and a patio for use during the summer months.
With a south-west aspect, the house is situated in a quiet location surrounded by fields, but is only a 15 minute walk from Bubbio, a small, attractive town offering various shops and amenities, including two banks, four cafes/restaurants, three grocery stores, two florists, a hairdresser and a chemist.
